Mark A. Henderson is the President of Builder Purchasing Services
LLC. Mr. Henderson founded BPS in April of 2008. He is an industry
veteran with over 30 years experience in construction, purchasing,
supply chain management and information technology and has built a
career developing very strong relationships. Prior to founding BPS,
he owned his own framing company in Texas which he moved to
Colorado in 1991. In 1997, Mr. Henderson went to work for Village
Homes in the Purchasing department. He also directed Purchasing
departments for such notable companies as Metropolitan Homes and Norstar Residential where he created and implemented new databases to increase efficiencies and improve Job Cost Management within those organizations.. In 2005, Mr. Henderson joined a local Denver builder rebate company as Vice President focusing on supplier management. Mr. Henderson has written several articles pertaining to Purchasing processes and procedures and recently began presenting his webinar "Streamline the Purchasing Process". Mr. Henderson holds a degree in Applied Arts and Sciences while majoring in Computer Information Systems.
Whitney A. Montoya is Director of Systems Administration for Builder Purchasing Services. Ms. Montoya grew up on job sites accompanying her father from project to project. She worked in administration for the Purchasing and Warranty departments at Norstar Residential. She also managed MICI Handmade Italian restaurant for 3 years prior to joining Builder Purchasing Services. Ms. Montoya is currently working on her degree in Interior Design.
